Notification Delivery Settings
Go to Settings >> Notification Delivery Policy.
Set notification limit to customer:- The maximum number of notifications a single customer will receive. i.e. If you set 1, then one customer receive only one email.
Email notification sent per unit in stock:- Sometime, you restock the product in less quantity but more number of customer subscribe it so in this case, some user check email and try to buy the product and it may happen that it again goes out of stock due to low quantity restock. So you can set the number of customer to whom you want to send the restock email. i.e. If you set 20 here, so the email will send only to 20 customer.
Notification Preference:- It has 2 options, i.e. Newest to Oldest and Oldest to Newest. Sometime the product is out of stock from 10 days and there are many customers who subscribe to receive notification of restock. So you can decide easily that to whom you want to send notification first. It means the customer who subscribe product yesterday or 10 days before.
Oldest:- The customer who subscribe before 10 days.
Newest:- The customer who subscribe yesterday.
Delivery Interval:- You can set the gap after which you want to send email after restock. i.e. Immediate, after 6 hours, 12 hours, and so more....
Set minimum quantity available to send notification:- The email notification will send to customer only if you restock the product in minimum quantity set here. i.e. If you set 10 rate here, so email will not send if you re-stock product in one quantity.
Set the all option and click on save button to save the changes.
