How to enable notification for admin when someone subscribe?

If an admin wants to receive a notification via email when any customer subscribes to sold-out products, they should go to Settings >> Notifications, then enable the option for receiving notifications when someone subscribes. You will also be able to add the number of emails they would like to receive per day, enter their email ID, and save the settings.
