How to create Shipping Discount Function?

1) Go to Discount Function > Click on "Create Discount button" >> Select Shipping Discount.

2. Add internal name (Title) - Important note: The title will not be visible to customers. It is intended for internal use only.

3. Choose the discount code method that best fits your requirements.

4. Select the Discount type as per your discount need. Choose one of the following:

• Free Shipping
• Percentage (e.g., 50% off shipping)
• Fixed Amount (e.g., $5 off shipping)

Enter Free Shipping Message

• If you selected Free Shipping, type the message customers will see at checkout.
• Example: “Free shipping on your order!”
• Or Set discount if you select Percentage or Fixed discount option.

5. Select Shipping Method
   • All Shipping Methods → applies to all methods (Standard, Express, etc.)
   • Specific Shipping Method → choose which methods this discount applies to.

6. Add Customization Rules :-
   • Use rules to control when the discount applies.
     • All conditions (all rules must match)

     • Any condition (at least one rule must match)

       Example rules:

     • Cart subtotal is above $50
     • Customer tag is “VIP”
     • Product collection = Shoes
   • Click Add Conditions to set them.
   • You can also click Add New Rule to create multiple rule sets.

7. Set Combinations :- Decide if this shipping discount can be combined with:
• Product discounts
• Order discounts

8. Set Active Dates:- Enter the Start date and End date for the discount.

9. Save the Discount : Once all fields are completed, click Save at the bottom right.
